File Format

Upload PNG or PDF files only. JPG works but may lose quality at edges. Transparent background preferred for DTF.

Resolution

Minimum 300 DPI at actual print size. Low resolution files will result in blurry or pixelated prints.

Print Size

Basic Print (DTF A4) = max 21×29 cm. Premium covers front + back + both sleeves. Discuss custom sizing via email.

Colors

We print in CMYK. Screen colors may vary slightly. For exact Pantone match, mention in your order notes.

How to Share

Upload to Google Drive and set sharing to "Anyone with link". Paste the link in the order form.

Text in Design

Convert all text to outlines/paths before saving. This prevents font issues during printing.

How long does delivery take? +
Custom orders are shipped within 5–7 working days. Delivery takes an additional 2–4 days depending on your location.
How do I submit my design? +
Paste your Google Drive or Dropbox link in the order form. File should be minimum 300 DPI in PNG or PDF format for best print quality.
Is Cash on Delivery available? +
We currently accept online payments only via Razorpay — UPI, Card, and Net Banking. COD is not available for custom orders.
Can I return or exchange my order? +
Custom printed orders are non-returnable. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will replace it — contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
What is the minimum order quantity? +
You can order as little as a single piece — no minimum order quantity required.
Can I get a GST invoice? +
Yes, GST invoices are available. After placing your order, email us at orders@vmnoir.com with your GSTIN and we will send it across.
Do you ship across India? +
Yes, we deliver pan India. Shipping charges of Rs. 200 are added at checkout for all orders.
