VM NOIR – Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something's not right, we're here to fix it.

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact. Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, contact us at thevmdesignsofficial.in@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for size or colour issues. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right immediately.
